• Contact form data: your name, email address and the content of the message you send us.
• Data when contacting us via WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of the conversation you start.
• Browsing data: technical and statistical information (pages visited, device type, approximate location data) collected through cookies and similar analytics and advertising technologies.

3. Purpose

• To respond to your inquiries and requests for a quote or information.
• To provide and manage the services you hire us for.
• To analyze how the website is used in order to improve it (browsing statistics).

• Your consent, when you send us the form, message us on WhatsApp or accept non-essential cookies.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of the contractual relationship and any applicable legal periods (tax and commercial). After that, the data is blocked and deleted. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to each provider's retention periods.

We do not sell your data. It is only shared, as data processors, with the providers we need to keep the website running:

• Web hosting provider (hosting and email), where the website and messages are stored.
• Google (Google Analytics), for website usage statistics.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram), through the Meta Pixel, for measurement and advertising.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us through that channel.
